Refunds & Returns
At Kwinzio, every product is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at yannib1999@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and issue
We’ll review your request and either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Made-to-order items (all Kwinzio apparel and accessories)
Items showing signs of wear or washing
Digital products or gift cards
Order Issues
If your package is lost in transit or marked “delivered” but not received, email us at yannib1999@gmail.com. We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue quickly.
