Welcome to Kwinzio.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Kwinzio is an independent brand based in Dublin, Ireland.

All products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partner, Printful, which handles printing, packing, and delivery.

2. Orders & Payments All payments are processed securely through Shopify. Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be modified or cancelled once fulfilled.

3. Shipping Shipping times vary depending on your location. Average delivery is:

Ireland & EU: 5–10 business days

UK: 7–12 business days

USA: 10–20 business days

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at yannib1999@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that returns are not accepted for size or preference issues since each item is made to order.

5. Privacy Your data is handled securely and used only to process and deliver your order.

We do not sell or share your personal information.
